Residential Case Study 19: Back Dean, Edinburgh

Following instruction from the residents, George Nicolson were pleased to undertake the exterior decoration works to the Townhouses and flats of Back Dean, Edinburgh.

Our works to the flats included the preparation and decoration of previously painted eaves, soffits and fascias, communal windows, doors and facings, entrance doors and surrounds, meter boxes and metal gates. Furthermore, the garage doors, facings, soffits and fascia boards were also decorated.

With regards to the 6 no. Townhouses, works were specific to each property at various levels whilst working off ladders and included the decoration of both woodwork and metalwork.

In addition, our site operatives liaised directly with residents throughout the project.

We are happy to share a Testimonial from one of the residents at Back Dean:

“Very efficient. They accommodated access arrangements, differing amounts of work per property and mid contract changes without any difficulty or fuss. Kept vehicles on site to a minimum. The staff were quiet, friendly and a pleasure to have around.”
