Residential Case Study 17

George Nicolson were pleased to be instructed by our client to undertake decoration works within this impressive residential property located in the South of Edinburgh.

Works encompassed the preparation then decoration of the main bedroom and dressing room. Due to the complexity of the room, our PASMA certified tradespeople erected two separate tube scaffolds to enable the hanging of client supplied wallcovering safely at height to the bedroom walls, the ingoe at the balcony door and the opening leading to the dressing area as well as the dressing room itself. Interestingly the client requested the same wallpaper also be applied to the ceiling. This required some planning and a great deal of experience to ensure the finish worked exactly as the client imagined.

Thanks to our very skilled tradespeople, the end product looked great and the client was delighted.
