Nine Maidens, Dundee

George Nicolson were pleased to be instructed by Greene King to carry out the external re-decoration works to the Nine Maidens, Dundee.

Joinery and lighting repairs were required along with a full 100% decoration of the building. The signage works were carried out by Ashleigh Signs of Normanton. The finished result restored the building to its former glory.

The tenant also carried out an internal refurbishment of the function suite and lounge at the same time to upgrade the premises for the year ahead.

Dundee, which is Scotland’s fourth largest city, sits on the north bank of the Firth of Tay on the eastern North Sea coast of Scotland. In addition, Dundee Waterfront is a £1bn redevelopment project which is reconnecting Dundee’s city centre back down to the River Tay.  Furthermore, the city was named in the “top 12 places to live in Britain” by the Sunday Times.
