George Nicolson were pleased to be instructed to complete the decoration works to Jessfield Bowling Club located in the Portobello area of Edinburgh.
Our works encompassed the preparation and decoration of the ceiling, upper walls, lower walls, bar area walls and woodwork such as the dado rail, door facings, skirting and decorative mouldings to the Lounge. Furthermore, the wooden batton on the floor was stained to tie in with the existing floor colour.
This project was undertaken by 2 of our apprentices, Alasdair K, who is in the 2nd year of his apprenticeship, together with Marshall McC who is in the first year of his apprenticeship. Supervised by Andrew Scotland, Contracts Manager, works were completed to a very good standard and the client is delighted.
Jessfield Bowling Club is open to all members, juniors and the general public. The Club is also happy to coach anyone who wishes to play the game (including children). Memberships are also available. For more information, please contact the Secretary on tel: 0131 657 3853.
