The Fine Art Society

The Fine Art Society instructed George Nicolson to undertake the decoration works to one of the world’s oldest art galleries situated in Dundas Street, in the heart of Edinburgh’s Georgian New Town.

The works included the preparation and decoration of walls and woodwork to the ground and top floor galleries, together with the stair and landing. Our skilled tradespeople applied paint to the walls whilst working off a tube scaffold and applied the paint to the staircase whilst working off ladders. Works were completed within a 2 week period.
