Residential Case Study 14

George Nicolson were pleased to be instructed by our client to undertake the decoration works to this large residential property located in the North of Edinburgh.

To the exterior of all elevations, works encompassed the thorough preparation and priming of all bare timbers which were then decorated with undercoat and gloss.  Works included the decoration of low level windows, bay windows, dormer windows & side panels, doorsets, doors, facings and surrounds. Furthermore, metalwork such as security bars and railings were also thoroughly prepared, rust inhibitor applied to bare/rust isolated areas and then finished with Metalshield paint.

Whilst low level decoration works were carried out by working off ladders, our trained and skilled tradespeople were required to work off a fixed scaffold to enable them to work safely when undertaking the works to a number of the high level areas.
