This was a three phased contract completely refurbishing the existing restaurant, private dining area and Chats Bar. Key factors were:
• A variety of finishes were utilised including wallcoverings, painted and grained woodwork and re-painting of existing plasterworks
• Work had to be scheduled to dovetail with the work of other trades companies involved in the project.
• A highly co-ordinated schedule in order to minimise disruption to what was still a fully functioning hotel.
